This drop-in group is open to anyone experiencing grief, ages 18+.
Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or an identity, grief can be an isolating and overwhelming process. Our grief circles offer an opportunity to connect with others and grieve in a communal, safe, and nonjudgmental setting. Our facilitators are trained in Mindful Grieving Practices, a somatic and embodied approach to healing.
Program Includes
- A small intimate container
- Guided mindful meditation
- A short journaling opportunity
- Sacred Share Circle
- Integration meditation to ground us and close our container

The Mindful Grieving 6-Week Program is a powerful introduction to the essential components of this somatic-based approach to grieving in the collective. The program offers an intimate, safe container for emotions to be felt, expressed, shared, and healed.

Certified Mindful Grieving Facilitator
Elena is a teacher, math explorer, movement artist, mindfulness and somatics guide, world traveler, and lifelong learner. At the heart of Elena’s evolving work is a deep passion for supporting people through all stages and experiences of life—whether navigating birth, learning, loss, or other forms of transformation. Elena holds space to connect more fully with body, emotions, mind, and inner wisdom, with a focus on the power of practicing presence. Elena is so grateful to contribute to the meaningful initiatives of Asher’s Angel Foundation and currently supports the facilitation of community grief circles.
